All of our products are shipped to you via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders from the United States, EU, Canada, Australia, New Zealand.
Order cancellations or adjustments are not possible after the order is placed. Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking link via email and you can expect to receive your order based on the timeline below. Please note the delivery times are estimated.

In case your package arrives damaged as a result of shipment, please email tempbrewmug@gmail.com within 5 business days and include photos of the damage so we can help you out further.
